Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds can be requested within the first 15 days of your purchase.
To complete your refund, you must produce a receipt or proof of purchase.

BOOKS
No refund will be provided once books and magazines have been purchased. 
LECTURES
If you are unable to attend the lecture series due to any reason, no refund will be provided once you have paid for the session. In the event that we cancel the lecture series/session, you will be notified of the same and a full refund will be issued.
 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, you should:

  1. contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If you are the receiver of a gift, the gift will not be eligible for cancellation and refund.
If you are the gift giver, the regular cancellation and refund policy is applicable.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Payments

For all the services contracted, full payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & amount must be paid definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing.

Please note that the Cancellation charges of any travel (air/train/bus) will be at actual.
Cancellation charges given below are for the tours only and will be effective from the date we are advised in writing, and cancellation charges will be as follows:

For 1 Day tours:

  • 7 days prior to departure of tour: 10% of the Tour / service cost 
  • 2 days prior to departure of tour: 20% of the Tour / service cost 
  • Less than 2 days prior to departure of tour OR No Show: No Refund

For outstation tours/tours more than 1 day

  • 28 days prior to departure of tour: 10% of the Tour / service cost 
  • 14 days prior to departure of tour: 25% of the Tour / service cost 
  • 7 days prior to departure of tour: 50% of the Tour / service cost
  • Less than 7 days prior to departure of tour OR No Show: No Refund 

 

Note:  Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days, except Saturday and Sunday. Any cancellation sent on Saturday or Sunday will be considered on the next working day. In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund will be restricted to a limited amount only which too will depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Sanitation and Safety precautions will be taken as per Govt. norms. It is compulsory to download Arogya Setu app.
